An app for reseller partners of Medicapp to book appointments of doctors, labs & order medicines online on behalf of the patients across the nation who are unable or unwilling to book their appointments or orders or those who do not have a smartphone or no phone at all.Our features include:1.
Appointment Booking SystemResellers need to update their location according to the location of the doctor or the clinic for which the patient is seeking an appointment.
For e.g., a reseller has an appointment booking query from a patient in Delhi for an expert & specialised senior heart surgeon in Chennai, then in this case, the reseller needs to update a random location in Chennai within 8 kilometers range of distance from the doctor situated in Chennai to search and book an appointment for the patient.2.
Booking ListThe reseller can find the list of appointments or orders booked for a patient with an appointment ID or order ID which is sorted date-wise.
Thus the reseller can keep track of orders and appointments booked by them along with the order or appointment status and ensure their earnings are credited each time successfully.3.
Commission PaymentsOn booking an appointment or an order, the resellers will find two payment method types i.e., Pay at Chamber (PAC) & Online.
If the payment method is PAC, then the commission earnings will be credited to the reseller wallet only when all the due payments of the appointment or the order is marked as paid from Medicapps end.
If the payment method is online, then the earnings of the reseller will be instantly credited to their wallet.
However, if any appointment or order is declined or rejected by doctor or seller or Medicapp, then the earnings credited and the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deducted will be reversed by Medicapp and the resellers will not get any earnings.4.
WalletThe reseller can find the list of transactions applied by Medicapp.
The reseller can keep track of all transactions by appointment ID or order ID to calculate their existing, estimated or projected earnings.5.
Instant Payout SettlementsThe reseller can directly withdraw their earnings after deduction of TDS against their commission earnings under section 194(H), to their registered bank accounts instantly.
Usually, the payout request is processed instantly, but it may take upto 24 to 48 hours for the bank to reflect it in their bank accounts.N.B: The following points needs to be compliant by a reseller to partner with Medicapp.A.
A reseller should ensure any appointments or orders booked by them for any patient should be fully on patients consent and that a patient should be sincere to the bookings made and honour the time of doctors, vendors, Medicapp and the reseller themselves.B.
A reseller should aware a patient regarding that the service fee paid to Medicapp are non-refundable in all cases except declined by doctors or vendors or Medicapp.
And if any booked appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes of the booking, then the same will attract cancellation fee by Medicapp from the total paid amount.C.
In case of online payment method for appointments or orders, the reseller should ensure the payments are made by patients i.e., reseller may enter the mobile number or upi ID of the customer, so the payment request is made to the patients to pay as this will ease the transfer of refunds to the patient wallet.
In case, where the patient is willing to pay cash to the reseller to initiate an online payment for instant confirmation, then the reseller can pay from their own bank accounts online and accept the cash paid by patient for instant confirmation but in the most rare cases.D.
It is recommended by Medicapp for resellers to not collect any cash or payment from the patients.
If the patient prefers to pay on Pay at Chamber, the reseller should inform the patient to pay at the doctors chamber or clinic or nearby pharma stores and confirm the amount payable levied by Medicapp.
